📋 Description

• Design, prototype, build, and deliver software based on client requirements. • Instrument and monitor events, performance metrics (latency, errors), and product metrics (feature usage) to ensure reliability and guide decision-making. • Collaborate with Product and Business teams to align requirements, validate hypotheses, and prioritize the roadmap. • Prototype, experiment, and iterate using feature flags, zero‑downtime migrations, and A/B experiments. • Maintain stable operations: observability, continuous deployment, basic SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs), and incident resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Be comfortable with code-generation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.). Understand what is being generated and be able to review the tool output. • Strong software engineering skills. • Knowledge of best practices for performance, security, observability, and scalability. • Understand the impact of each feature on business metrics and user experience. • Ability to formulate and validate hypotheses using data (discovery, funnels, and A/B tests).
