📋 Description

• Design, prototype, build, and deliver software based on customer requirements • Instrument and monitor events, performance metrics, and product metrics • Collaborate with Product and Business teams to align requirements, validate hypotheses, and prioritize the roadmap • Prototype, experiment, and iterate using feature flags, zero-downtime migrations, and A/B testing • Maintain stable operations through observability, continuous deployment, and basic SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs) • Resolve incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable using code-generation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) and able to review the generated output • Strong command of software engineering • Good practices in performance, security, observability, and scalability • Understand the impact of each feature on business metrics and user experience • Ability to formulate and validate hypotheses using data (discovery, funnels, and A/B testing) • Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish for collaboration with global teams (a plus) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, messaging systems, and CI/CD (a plus) • Mid-level or senior experience
