📋 Description

• Strategic social media planning: develop long-term concepts for brand channels and campaigns that increase reach and engagement • Project management: independently plan, execute, and monitor projects in content, community, and paid media • Interface management: coordinate and align with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient campaign execution • Client consulting & stakeholder communication: provide strategic advice, manage expectations, and develop appropriate proposals together with the commercial team • Performance analysis & optimization: evaluate campaigns, identify optimization opportunities, and derive data-driven recommendations for action • Trend & innovation monitoring: track relevant social media trends and continuously evolve the channels

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience at reputable social media agencies in social media marketing, including strategic planning, paid ads, and multi-platform campaigns • Strong project management skills: you bring structure to complex processes and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Creativity & strategic thinking: you spot trends early and turn them into innovative concepts • Strong communication & diplomacy: you convince stakeholders and teams alike and work in a solution-oriented manner • Very good German (at least C2) and good English skills, both written and spoken • Hands-on mentality & initiative: you work independently, proactively, and actively drive topics forward
