• Lead the day-to-day management of our organic social channels, with a primary focus on Instagram and secondary focus on TikTok. • Plan, create, and publish engaging social content, including Reels, carousels, stories, and short-form video. • Independently film, edit, and publish reactive and planned social content, confidently appearing on camera where appropriate. • Support product launches, partnerships, brand campaigns, and evergreen storytelling across social channels. • Pitch creative, social-first ideas and explore new formats that push creative boundaries and drive engagement. • Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform content strategy and execution. • Engage with the community across comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. • Track and analyse social media performance, sharing actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
• 3+ years’ experience in a social media role, either agency-side or in-house. • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and wider social media strategy, including analytics and content performance. • Proven ability to create engaging content independently, including filming, editing, copywriting, and publishing. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for content marketing and brand storytelling. • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. • Willingness to travel occasionally, nationally and internationally, as required.
