📋 Description

• Strategic leadership and supervision of clients and projects • Development of strategies for brand, communication, campaigns, organization and operating models • Ensuring alignment and advising on consistency between client objectives and creative outcomes • Leading consulting projects and building and maintaining client relationships according to their needs and goals • Translating business objectives into operational social media measures and coordinating schedules and resources in project management • Reviewing deliverables, conducting strategy workshops (including top management) and supporting new business activities and pitches

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a marketing agency or consulting firm and a completed bachelor's degree (ideally with a focus on marketing and/or digitalization) • Solid expertise in marketing strategies, brand management, digital transformation and concept development • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with strength in developing insights, frameworks and creative concepts • Broad cross-channel knowledge (social, brand, digital, performance, business) • Experience supervising associates or strategists • High drive, self-responsibility and a proactive mindset as well as strong communication, teamwork and prioritization skills including fluent German and English.
