📋 Description

• Develop brand and campaign strategies • Align client objectives with creative output • Lead consulting projects and develop client relationships • Coordinate schedules and workloads across multiple strategists and analysts • Review and provide guidance on team deliverables, coordinating with analysts • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and strategic workshops • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders across assigned accounts • Own the strategic direction of key client accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and supervising Associates or Junior Strategists on a project basis • Strong skills in developing insights, frameworks, and creative concepts • Cross-channel expertise spanning social, brand, digital, performance, and business • Structured, clear, and confident communication skills • Strong knowledge of popular culture • Pitch experience • Proactive communication skills • High level of resilience, team spirit, and prioritization skills • Fluency in German and English
