📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites across unit, integration, end-to-end, and API testing • Develop and execute manual test cases for new features, enhancements, and regression testing • Work within an AI-driven SDLC and apply AI tools across the software testing lifecycle • Create and maintain automated testing frameworks and reusable test components • Perform API testing using Postman or similar platforms • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Implement and maintain automated quality gates • Analyze test results, identify defects, and troubleshoot issues with developers • Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing • Collaborate with developers, Tech Leads, DevOps/SRE engineers, and product stakeholders • Identify test coverage gaps and recommend improvements • Maintain documentation of test cases, scenarios, defects, and automation processes • Help establish and enforce QA best practices • Continuously improve test automation reliability, execution speed, and coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA Engineering, Software Testing, Test Automation, or a related role • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks • Experience developing automated tests across multiple testing levels, including integration and E2E • Strong experience with API testing, including tools such as Postman • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, including functional and regression testing • Comfort working within an AI-driven SDLC and adopting new AI tooling as part of day-to-day work • Experience identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting software defects • Understanding of software development and QA lifecycle processes • Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with developers and cross-functional engineering teams • Strong English communication skills • Experience applying AI tools within the STLC, such as AI-assisted test case generation, test script creation, test data generation, coverage analysis, or defect triage • Experience reviewing AI-generated code or test output for correctness and coverage gaps • Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar • Experience with API automation tools and frameworks • Experience working with cloud-based applications • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins • Experience with performance or load testing • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments • Experience working with distributed or nearshore engineering teams
