📋 Description

• Review GoGlobal's existing BambooHR configuration, modules, permissions, employee data structures, fields, approval routes and integrations • Identify configuration gaps, duplicated processes, manual workarounds, security risks, data-quality risks and simplification opportunities • Produce a prioritised improvement plan with quick wins, dependencies, effort estimates and longer-term recommendations • Assess reporting capabilities and requirements across People, Talent, Reward and leadership • Build and optimise standard and custom reports and dashboards for headcount, turnover, absence, onboarding and other KPIs • Improve data definitions, completeness, governance and reporting access • Assess and configure workflows, notifications, approvals, forms, self-service and employee lifecycle processes • Configure automations and standardised workflows to reduce manual administration • Test solutions with process owners and document exceptions, ownership and controls • Implement agreed BambooHR configuration changes, coordinating testing, rollout and change communications • Advise on system capabilities, limitations, integrations and alternatives • Train HR administrators and relevant managers • Create configuration and process documentation • Support system ownership, change control and ongoing optimisation • Deliver a comprehensive BambooHR health check, optimisation roadmap, reporting dashboards, workflows, automations, data remediation, access-control review, training and knowledge transfer • Work under the Fractional Head of People in partnership with the HR Process & Operations Consultant and People & Talent leadership team; no direct reports anticipated

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable hands-on expertise auditing, administering, configuring and optimising BambooHR • Experience with BambooHR reporting, workflows, permissions, data management and automation • Strong experience building BambooHR reports, designing workflows, configuring permissions and improving data quality • Ability to translate HR process requirements into pragmatic system solutions and personally deliver configuration • Experience with HRIS audits, process mapping, testing, documentation and stakeholder training • Clear communication skills and ability to work independently with senior People stakeholders and HR operations teams • Familiarity with BambooHR integrations/API, payroll or benefits data flows, and multi-country HR processes is desirable • English is the company's official language • Ability to work as a consultant/contractor for the engagement
