📋 Description

• Review and validate payment requests for completeness, accuracy, supporting documentation, and policy compliance • Perform maker-checker reviews for domestic and cross-border payment transactions • Verify payment details, beneficiary information, and authorization requirements before execution • Ensure payments are processed according to payment schedules • Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, discrepancies, and rejected transactions • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and approval matrices • Support daily treasury operations, including cash position monitoring, bank account management, and liquidity tracking • Monitor bank balances, cash movements, and funding requirements across entities and currencies • Assist with intercompany fund transfers, payment coordination, and cash repatriation activities • Review and verify vendor onboarding documentation and vendor data • Independently verify vendor bank account information to mitigate fraud and operational risks • Maintain vendor master data and update verified vendor bank account information • Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and business stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues • Assist with bank account opening, closure, maintenance, and periodic reviews • Coordinate documentation requirements with internal stakeholders and banking partners • Maintain bank account records, signatory information, and banking documentation • Support updates to payment approval matrices, bank mandates, and authorized signatory structures • Assist with banking system enhancements and bank connectivity initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury Operations, Payment Operations, Cash Management, or related finance functions • Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) is highly preferred • Proven experience reviewing and processing cross-border and multi-currency payments • Experience with vendor onboarding, bank account verification, or master data controls is an advantage • Good understanding of cross-border fund transfer, banking operations, and internal controls • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel • Strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a dynamic global environment • Analytical thinking and financial acumen • Accuracy and attention to detail • Planning and organizational skills • Stakeholder collaboration • Problem-solving and initiative • Process improvement and continuous learning • Adaptability in a global working environment • English is the company's official language
