📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic clients. • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a high level of satisfaction. • Oversee client onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing support. • Identify opportunities to expand client engagement, including cross-sell and upsell. • Partner with Sales on renewal conversations and new service opportunities. • Provide consultative insights to support clients’ international expansion needs. • Ensure accurate and timely use of internal systems and documentation. • Maintain strong coordination with Implementation, HR, Payroll, Compliance, and other internal teams. • Oversee resolution of client issues, escalations, and service requests. • Mentor and guide Account Managers to develop skills and service excellence. • Share best practices, support training initiatives, and contribute to process improvements. • Lead or support key internal projects related to client success or service enhancement. • Work closely with Sales on client calls, solution discussions, and proposals. • Partner with global teams to deliver consistent service in multi-country engagements. • Contribute to internal initiatives that improve client experience and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in account management, business consulting, international expansion, HR solutions, corporate services, or related fields • Experience managing key accounts or strategic clients • Strong understanding of cross-border operations, HR, payroll, or compliance (preferred) • Background in accounting or corporate secretarial services is an advantage • Project management experience is a plus • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus • CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar)
