• Drive customer acquisition and hit growth targets • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (& agencies) across multiple markets & businesses in SEAsia • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize ROI • Scale new channels (e.g. Social Media ads) • Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign performance • Contribute feedback to rest of the marketing and product teams for conversion rate optimization • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives • Develop and manage performance marketing budgets for multiple markets • Allocate budget to maximize cross-channel and cross-market ROI • Maintain cost-effectiveness and efficiency • Work closely with other departments, including product & data team to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with broader business objectives • Work with creative team and freelancers to ideate and brainstorm on creative assets • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on performance marketing metrics • Communicate key insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making
• At least 5 years experience in growth marketing in e-commerce, marketplace, startups • Proven experience in developing and executing digital growth strategies, with a focus on performance optimization • In-depth knowledge of SEM and social media advertising • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills (demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor data) • Data-driven skillset to analyze, optimize and drive efficiency of CAC/LTV. • Proficiency in data analysis or business intelligence tools (Google Analytics, Sheets / Excel, etc) • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (open to challenges, flexible) • Up to date on latest online marketing developments & best practices • An experienced part-timer / freelancer, used to balancing competing priorities and effectively allocate time between clients while meeting objectives and deadlines • Min. Bachelor’s, preferable Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Math or related field. Advanced degree is a plus
