•HighLevel is a cloud-based, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform •Supports a global community of over 2 million businesses •Processes over 15 billion API hits and handles more than 2.5 billion message events daily •Empowers users across industries to streamline operations and drive growth •We operate in a global, remote-first environment with over 1,500 team members •Our platform facilitates over 20 million conversations for the businesses we serve •We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Generative AI teams •Your role includes developing robust AI-driven products and overseeing strategic project management •Mentor and coach individuals on the team and perform evaluations •Planning for fast delivery by breaking down into milestones and increasing efficiency •Improving product and engineering quality •Help drive product strategy and design flexible architecture

🎯 Requirements

•Expertise with large scale AI Agents along with Response Evaluations •Expertise with RAG including improving retrieval, chunking experimentation, knowledge graph, reranking •Extensive hands-on experience with Node.Js /python and Vue.js (or React/Angular) •Experience with scaling the services to at least 200k+ MAUs •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study •7+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years of management experience •Strong people, communication, and problem-solving skills
