📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of work experience in the SaaS arena. • The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the end user. • You will work with product managers, engineers and other designers as part of cross-functional teams that own and manage different products. • You will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions. • Experience with AI-Design tooling is mandatory. Applications without a folio will not be considered. • If you are someone who not only understands but can also demonstrate a strong muscle memory of design fundamentals and applied areas - we want you aboard!

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience, bonus points if you have 1 or more years in building and maintaining design systems • Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing • A broad portfolio that demonstrates your design chops across the phases mentioned above demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives • Proven visual design skills that value the craft and quality of a user experience (hierarchy, layout, interactions, etc.) • Well versed with Vibe-designing, familiarity with AI-tooling for design • Experience as a contributor to multiple high impact projects and work as a “team-of-one” • An intuitive eye for user, customer, business needs beyond the obvious • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members • Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback • Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts • Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve • Creative problem-solving skills • Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences • Provide assistance to Junior designers, PMs and product engineers when needed • Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques
