• Own the roadmap for HighLevel's document creation experience — an AI-powered, drag-and-drop builder that lets users design fully custom templates for every document type. • Extend the existing builder (currently supporting Documents and Contracts) to cover Invoices, Estimates, and Receipts with type-specific fields, logic, and layouts. • Define the rules, triggers, and customization options governing how documents move through each stage — including partial payments, payment reminders, disputes, and failure handling. • Lead the build of HighLevel's native e-signature product — a direct alternative to standalone contract tools — supporting legally binding signatures across document types.
• 8–10 years of product management experience • Experience building document creation, form-builder, or workflow products • Familiarity with payment or billing flows — invoicing, estimates, or financial document lifecycles • Strong UX instincts with a track record of shipping complex, multi-step workflows that feel simple to users • Ability to manage a product surface with significant cross-team dependencies
