📋 Description

• Develop autonomous agents and generative AI solutions. • Build planning, execution, validation, and state-control flows. • Integrate LLMs with APIs, repositories, development tools, databases, and enterprise systems. • Create solutions for retrieval and utilization of technical and document context. • Define technical guardrails, boundaries, and semantic isolation. • Develop secure, isolated environments for executing code generated or used by agents. • Build pilots applied to the software development lifecycle. • Support the evolution of pilots into reusable, observable, and secure solutions. • Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, and security teams. • Document technical decisions and contribute to defining AI engineering standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering and development. • Advanced Python skills, including typing, concurrency, automated testing, and clean architecture. • Hands-on experience building solutions with language models. • Experience with autonomous agents and multi-agent architectures. • Proficiency with code-first frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI. • Experience with RAG, chunking, semantic search, reranking, and vector databases. • Knowledge of tool-calling and integrating LLMs with APIs and external tools. • Experience with FRONT and BACK-EVAL (assertiveness, measurement, chunking, packet size, tokenization). • Advanced knowledge of security and permissions, particularly RBAC-based models. • Experience with Docker, containerization, and isolated execution environments. • Knowledge of Git, branching, pull requests, code review, and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. • Understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle. • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, secret management, and protection of sensitive data. • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Oracle OCI, or Azure (products and services). • Experience in FinOps
