📋 Description

• Support and assist the Business Development Director during project concept development and cost estimation phases • Project management with primary focus on schedule, cost and quality • Tendering, awarding and coordination of subcontractors, contract management • Control and oversight of all technical processes across all project phases • Lead the project team • Excellent communication with all project stakeholders • Ensure smooth project execution in accordance with client requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a similar qualification • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project management of complex construction projects • Solid knowledge of VOB and HOAI • Confident user of MS Office, MS Project and AVA programs • Independent, structured, solution- and customer-oriented working style • Strong awareness of quality, cost and schedule • Assertiveness combined with high social competence • Proficient English (and/or French) skills, both written and spoken • High commitment and willingness to travel (min. 3 days/week on site)
