📋 Description

• Manage three branded Reddit accounts. • Create and publish 2–3 Reddit posts per week for each brand. • Respond to comments and engage with Reddit users following brand guidelines. • Encourage discussion and interact with community members through comments, upvotes, and other engagement. • Research relevant subreddits and trending topics. • Develop Reddit strategies tailored to each brand. • Partner with our external contractor on content planning, meetings, and monthly reporting. • Track Reddit activity and identify opportunities to improve engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of Reddit, its communities, and platform etiquette. • Familiarity with current online and social media trends. • Ability to identify relevant conversations and respond quickly with brand-appropriate content. • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities. • Comfortable working with internal teams and external partners. • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Business, or a related field is preferred. • Active Reddit user with knowledge of how different communities operate. • Previous experience managing or growing social media accounts for a brand, company, organization, or campus group. • Experience creating content and engaging with online communities across social media platforms. • Interest in social media, community management, or digital marketing. • Understanding of Reddit's growing role in AI search and online discovery.
