📋 Description

• Activate stores to a best-in-class standard • Liaise closely with Business Development Representatives and Market Developers within the region • Influence display placements and ensure displays are impactful and ahead of competitors in each store • Communicate to the wider team with regular testimonials of “What Good Looks Like” for outlet execution • Achieve sales targets by calling on designated customers and selling/merchandising the full product range • Identify new in-store business opportunities and implement development plans • Provide relief cover for Business Development Representatives and Market Developers during periods of leave • Travel across the South Dublin/North Wicklow region and cover the Leinster region

🎯 Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skills – effective influencer with professional manner • Able to build effective customer relationships and proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service • Highly energetic, enthusiastic and creative • Excellent planning and organisational skills • IT Literate • Full, unrestricted driving license and full clean Driving licence • Ability to work outside 9-5 if required across the region • Commercial awareness and business acumen • Experience in FMCG is desired • Ideally suited for someone Dublin city/Dublin county
