📋 Description

• Communicate with Social Security administration officials to resolve any issues or discrepancies. • High call volume • Keep detailed records of client interactions and claim status updates. • Stay up-to-date on changes to social security policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to empathize with clients and provide compassionate support. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software programs. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience working in a remote or virtual office environment. • Knowledge of virtual phone systems and online scheduling software. • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
