📋 Description
• Manage and execute core accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. • Oversee payroll processing and compliance. • Review, code, and reconcile credit card transactions. • Conduct revenue and expense analyses. • Manage compliance with accounting standards and policies. • Collaborate cross-functionally to align budgets and build forecasts. • Utilize QuickBooks Online for ledger maintenance. • Prepare reports for the leadership team. • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• 4–7 years of accounting or finance experience. • Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO). • Strong understanding of GAAP and compliance frameworks. • Advanced financial expertise backed by a CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent credential. • Experience with Rippling payroll systems. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
