• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution • Own project outcomes, timelines, and deliverables • Supervise and coach the Project Administrator • Collaborate with internal teams and Goodwill members to align objectives
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in business, organizational development, social/human services, or a related field • Five (5) or more years of project management experience required • PMP certification or like project manager certification preferred • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives • Experience with project management software
