• Be in full-time contact with leads: new and existing in the database. • Qualify and nurture leads via CRM (Kommo Partner). • Maintain close relationships with leads and potential clients. • Actively manage leads in Kommo. • Ensure the contact database is warmed up for future opportunities. • Schedule meetings with the closer. • Qualify leads (validate if the lead has a real pain point, urgency, is a decision-maker, and has purchase potential). • Participate in daily team meetings (daily at 7:00 AM Brasília time). • Contribute ideas and suggestions to optimize the funnel and conversions. • Execute multichannel cadences (Email → WhatsApp → call → social selling). • Source new leads manually (e.g., LinkedIn, old databases, referrals).
• High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields). • Comfortable with technology and digital tools. • Agile, proactive, and excellent communication skills. • Commitment to deliverables and deadlines. • Available daily for meetings at 7:00 AM Brasília time. • Strong writing skills and organized for CRM record-keeping. • Previous experience as an SDR/BDR or in pre-sales. • Knowledge or experience in the digital marketing sector. • Experience with Kommo CRM or similar tools. • Hands-on, results-oriented profile.
