📋 Description

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday HR functional modules, specifically the Recruiting SKU, for a global workforce • Ensure system configurations meet global and local business requirements, including statutory, regulatory, and cultural differences • Maintain and optimize Workday business processes, security roles, workflows, and integrations • Document system configurations, changes, and customizations for audit, training, and operational continuity • Provide input for recruiting data on Workday-delivered and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics • Partner with global HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and prioritize system enhancements • Participate in projects to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and implement Workday system enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field • 4+ years of Workday configuration experience • Experience with regional or global deployments of selected Workday HCM modules, such as Recruiting, Talent Management, or Compensation • Strong ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams • Commitment to addressing stakeholder needs globally • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams • Ability to identify opportunities for system and process improvement • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, multicultural environments • Ability to take ownership of deliverables • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and uphold confidentiality
