What it means: how likely this posting is sitting open without active hiring. How to read it: 60% or higher means we think this is a ghost. Lower scores are less of a worry. How we score it: age, reposts, open roles vs team size, how fast jobs close, and whether pay is listed.Fine print: an estimate from public data, not a judgment of the company. Real jobs can score high, so treat it as a hint, not a fact.

Gooten is a print-on-demand and fulfillment orchestration platform that helps merchants and print networks manage orders, suppliers, and multi-channel fulfillment through a single, API-first platform (OrderMesh). It normalizes product data across many suppliers, automates order routing and mixed-channel fulfillment (warehouse + POD + drop-ship), provides front-end integration and customer service tools, and is built for scale, security (SOC 2 compliant) and AI-native commerce. Gooten targets enterprises and operations that need to connect storefronts to production floors and billing systems without replacing existing stacks.
