📋 Description

• Develop and maintain high-load backend services • Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability • Design fault-tolerant systems • Take part in architectural decisions and technical discussions • Optimize and evolve existing systems and tools • Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices • Collaborate closely with the team to define priorities and solutions • Write clear technical documentation • Work on a high-load gaming platform that processes gaming traffic and handles numerous API integrations with external operators

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Python • Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures • Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) • Experience designing scalable backend systems • Good written English (for documentation and communication) • Native Ukrainian (spoken and written) • Experience with non-relational databases (Cassandra, Redis/KeyDB, etc.) is a plus • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus • Experience working with high-load or distributed systems is a plus • Production experience with monitoring, error tracking and observability tools is a plus • Experience designing and developing integrations with third-party services and APIs is a plus • Experience using AI tools to support software development workflows is a plus
