âą Oversee and support the remote bookkeeping team âą Provide proactive, personalized engagement follow-up to deliver a high-quality client experience âą Contribute to improving internal processes and adopting new technologies âą Play an active role in work organization and deadline management âą Assist in preparing corporate tax returns (T2 and CO-17)
âą CPA designation (or in progress) âą Approximately 5 years of public practice experience âą Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously with discipline and consistency âą Comfortable supervising a bookkeeping team (suitable for a first management role) âą Excellent client communication and a collaborative mindset âą Comfortable working in a 100% cloud-based, fast-evolving environment âą Must be resident in the province of Quebec (mandatory requirement)
