📋 Description

• Lead the solution and domain side of complex German opportunities with Account Executives to grow new ARR • Run discovery workshops with senior practitioners and executives • Build business cases and value narratives linking Gorilla’s capabilities to measurable margin, risk, and efficiency outcomes • Own domain-heavy sections of RFP and RFI responses and help shape win themes • Work with CSMs and Account Managers to identify use cases and cross-sell opportunities, driving NRR growth • Ensure smooth presales-to-delivery handovers and set realistic expectations • Share deal patterns, loss reasons, product gaps, and German regulatory shifts with Product and leadership, including recommendations • Support and mentor Sales Engineers on complex use cases and tailored demos • Collaborate with Marketing on insightful content • Serve as the energy trust layer through the sales cycle for the German market

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent, professional-level German; role open to German speakers only • Hands-on experience working with German energy providers • Expert knowledge of the German energy retail market • Deep functional expertise in energy retail pricing, forecasting, and portfolio management • Ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations and build trust with practitioners and senior executives • Commercial, value-based thinking connecting capabilities to measurable business value • Insight-driven, consultative approach with composure and curiosity under pressure • Ability to prioritize independently, turn direction into a plan, and deliver in a scale-up environment • Semi-frequent travel across Europe and beyond is required
