📋 Description

• Actively use AI coding assistants and copilots in daily development workflow • Design and maintain harnesses and evaluation frameworks for work with AI • Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end for GoTo Resolve • Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver experiences for IT professionals • Contribute to code reviews • Propose improvements to development processes • Help evolve the team’s engineering practices as AI tooling develops

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software development experience • Track record of shipping production-quality product(s) • Daily hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar • Familiarity with AI harness and evaluation concepts, including automated evals, model-output benchmarking, or AI test frameworks • Solid understanding of clean code, testing, version control, and agile collaboration • Curiosity and a growth mindset • Ability to keep up with evolving AI tooling and apply it to engineering problems
