📋 Description

• Define testing strategies, plans, and processes • Serve as a technical QA reference for Development, Product, and UX/UI teams • Create and execute functional, regression, exploratory, API, performance, and security tests • Develop and maintain test automation for UI, APIs, and integrations • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines • Identify, analyze, and track defects and root causes • Monitor quality metrics and propose continuous improvements • Participate in Agile ceremonies • Use AI to generate test cases, analyze logs, identify anomalies, create scripts, and anticipate failures • Evaluate and implement AI-powered testing tools

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior QA professional • Hands-on, proven experience applying Artificial Intelligence to QA/testing • Experience with test automation • Knowledge of Telerik Test Studio, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools • Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, Newman, or similar tools • Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Locust • Knowledge of security testing, including OWASP, SAST, DAST, and/or fuzzing • Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes • Ability to analyze logs, data, and quality metrics • 5+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on automation and proven experience applying AI to testing • ISTQB, CTFL, or Agile Tester certification is a plus • Knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another programming language is a plus
