📋 Description
• Lead a broad IT transformation spanning ERP modernization and enterprise data infrastructure • Oversee managing coexistence strategy and long-term migration planning toward standardized platform architecture • Partner with plant operations, finance, supply chain, and executive leadership to deliver technology • Develop and manage the IT Applications budget, including licensing and vendor contracts • Manage relationships with application vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience in manufacturing environments • At least 4 years in a senior application leadership, solution architecture, or director-level role • Deep hands-on expertise with ePS Radius Packaging Suite ERP • Demonstrated experience implementing or managing ERP systems in multi-site manufacturing companies • Proficiency architecting RESTful API integrations between ERP, MES, financial, and third-party platforms • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
