📋 Description
• Contact with suppliers and customers • Organizing files and updating systems for traceability • Supporting management in identifying logistical solutions • Support for commercial operations • Follow-up with customers and suppliers • Entering data into international trade systems • Reviewing and submitting files for invoicing • Requesting payments and issuing international transport documents • Communicating with freight forwarders, airlines, shipping lines, insurance brokers, and carriers
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with import and export processes • Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Trade, International Relations or related fields • Basic MS Office skills • Advanced English
