📋 Description

• Conduct regular training/coaching sessions on service reception, repair order documentation, Brand hospitality, customer satisfaction, selling skills, and relationship building • Follow-up with dealers regularly on yearly certification • Partner with Area team members to assess in-dealer/virtual coaching and training needs • Provide feedback to the training design team on curriculum needs • Engaging field, upper management and dealer management to receive training buy-in at all levels • Train and develop new service and parts department personnel • Provide a contact report to Audi Training and Field Team after each dealer visit • Display prudent time management and expense budgeting • Conduct in-person and virtual training classes

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of training and facilitation experience in a variety of formats (virtual, on the job and classroom) • Bachelor’s degree - B.A., B.S • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience – Automotive retail, hospitality and/or Customer Care • Effective time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Prior experience in a dealership, preferably in Aftersales • Audi product knowledge and people skills • Dealership process diagnostic abilities • Budget management experience
