• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments • Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy • Deliver evidence-based interventions including: • - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • - Trauma-informed therapy • - Motivational Interviewing • - Psychodynamic therapy • - Behavioral interventions • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed • Maintain timely and accurate progress notes • Complete assessments and treatment plans per Medicaid guidelines • Utilize appropriate CPT and ICD-10 coding • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and NJ Medicaid standards • Use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for documentation • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams • Participate in case consultations as needed • Coordinate services with housing support and community providers • Support continuity of care across service settings
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related clinical field • Active New Jersey license: • - LCSW • - LPC • - LAC • - LSW • Active Type 1 NPI number (required) • NJ Medicaid enrollment (or willingness to enroll) • CAQH profile (or willingness to complete) • Professional liability insurance (required for 1099 contractors) • Strong understanding of HIPAA and clinical documentation standards
