📋 Description

• Plan and organise plant, labour, and materials for the project, particularly ensuring the efficient design and implementation of formwork systems. • Oversee and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work meets safety and quality standards, with a focus on the integrity and performance of formwork systems during concrete pours. • Maintain a strong understanding of OH&S regulations and ensure compliance on-site, especially concerning formwork structures and safety protocols. • Keep detailed daily records of site activities and progress. • Interpret plans and technical drawings with a particular focus on formwork design specifications to ensure accurate implementation during construction. • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. • Manage quality control processes and ensure that all work meets specifications. • Assist in coordinating multiple teams across different projects as needed. • Act as a proactive problem solver with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in FRP projects, with significant expertise in formwork design and systems. • Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification. • Strong background in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks, with hands-on experience in managing and overseeing formwork installation and operations. • Proficient in implementing quality control measures. • Ability to plan, manage, and prioritise daily tasks effectively. • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. • A team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
