📋 Description

• Identify and research potential clients in eCommerce, manufacturing, and digital transformation sectors. • Drive targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers. • Conduct short discovery calls to qualify prospects and uncover real business pain points. • Book high-quality meetings for Gradion’s regional sales teams. • Maintain clean, accurate data and disciplined follow-up processes in the CRM. • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to fine-tune outreach strategies and messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or SDR/BDR roles. • Experience working US hours with global prospecting exposure. • Exceptional command of English, with clear, globally neutral communication and professional presence. • A true hunter — you’re driven by targets, creative under pressure, and never stop after the first “no.” • Confident, engaging communicator on calls and video meetings. • Proficient with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools. • Ambitious, disciplined, and ready to grow — this role is a launchpad into a Sales Manager position for those who perform.
