📋 Description

• You contribute to the efficient management and operational readiness of our properties and support the department management in overseeing the estates. • Independently manage and monitor building technical systems; plan and coordinate maintenance work and legally required inspections. • Plan, coordinate and supervise repair and maintenance measures; support special projects such as modernization works; participate in budget planning. • Serve as the contact person for other departments and tenants regarding technical issues; liaise with the commercial property management.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant completed technical training or equivalent professional experience. • At least 2 years of experience in technical building supervision or a similar position. • Confident use of MS Office and willingness to become familiar with property management software. • Structured and reliable working style, strong team skills, and a high sense of safety and responsibility.
