📋 Description

• Manage a team of high performing Solution Engineers • Own regional build-out with sales leader counterparts • Ensure customer success after sale through various support mechanisms • Collaborate with marketing to drive community and adoption programs • Influence product roadmap based on customer and team feedback • Report on team success and customer strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in the high tech industry • Experience in roles like Developer, Architect, Sales Engineer/Architect, Manager, etc. • Proven success in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment • Track record of mentoring and managing performance • Open Source selling or Cloud first/Product led sales experience • Experience implementing a formal sales methodology • Direct experience selling monitoring/data/visualisation products • Proven ability to own a book of business and exceed targets • English fluency required, and a second European language preferred • Located in Israel
