📋 Description

• Create stylized 3D models and digital assets based on briefs and references • Produce assets in low-poly, voxel, handcrafted, and material-driven styles • Build and refine clay, fabric, paper, and textile-like textures • Apply topology, UV mapping, lighting, shading, and rendering fundamentals • Create consistent asset variations while maintaining the required visual style • Optimize assets for production use and efficient delivery • Document workflows and implementation steps where needed • Revise work based on feedback and project quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing stylized 3D artwork and material exploration • Proficiency in at least one of: Blender, ZBrush, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite, or After Effects • Ability to create 3D assets with solid modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering quality • Understanding of topology, UV mapping, shading, and asset optimization • Familiarity with stylized or NPR workflows • Ability to work from creative briefs and visual references • Availability to complete project tasks consistently over the 12-week engagement • No professional experience required; freshers and emerging artists are welcome
