📋 Description

• Derive, implement, and test **component models** for avionics system simulations • Maintain and improve the overall system simulation environment • Contribute to the codebase for model evaluation, analysis, and report generation • Perform structured software testing on own and colleagues’ implementations • Maintain clean code structure, documentation, and traceability • Collaborate with technical experts on model derivation, validation, and updates • Perform **system identification** for component and system-level models based on test data • Support teams using models for flight control software verification and concept design studies • Challenge and improve technical concepts, tools, methods, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in the space or aerospace industry • Experience with simulation of **complex space or aerospace avionics systems** • Experience deriving, implementing, testing, or validating simulation models • Experience with software testing, code structure, and technical documentation • Experience using test data for model validation or system identification • Good knowledge of the **SimTG Modeling Framework is a big plus**
