📋 Description

• Build small-scale game projects or interactive scenes using established game engines. • Introduce realistic gameplay bugs requiring investigation, playtesting, and on-screen analysis. • Design challenging feature-development tasks involving multiple gameplay systems and mechanics. • Write clear, concise task briefs modeled on real-world instructions from players, designers, or producers. • Develop reference solutions for each task, including bug fixes and feature implementations. • Define measurable acceptance criteria, including required input sequences, expected visual outcomes, and verifiable in-game states. • Conduct end-to-end playtesting to verify tasks are reproducible, reliable, and solvable. • Ensure tasks reflect real game development workflows and provide meaningful challenges for AI systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on game development experience through professional employment, indie projects, solo development, or serious hobby projects. • Strong proficiency in at least one major game engine, such as Unity, Godot, or Unreal Engine. • Experience with relevant scripting and programming technologies, including C#, GDScript, C++, or Blueprints. • Ability to navigate game editors, manage scenes, debug gameplay logic, and troubleshoot engine-related issues. • Proven ability to identify and resolve gameplay bugs through iterative testing. • Ability to design interactive features and understand how multiple game systems work together. • Strong written communication skills for documenting task requirements and acceptance criteria. • A portfolio or verifiable examples of game development work, such as published games, GitHub repositories, itch.io projects, game jam entries, or shipped titles.
