📋 Description

• Create and modify parametric 3D models of mechanical parts and assemblies. • Produce manufacturing-ready drawings with GD&T and tolerance specifications. • Design components for CNC machining, sheet metal, plastics, and injection molding. • Review CAD models for dimensional accuracy and manufacturability. • Perform tolerance stack-up and basic design validation. • Prepare assembly instructions and technical reference documentation. • Identify design issues and recommend practical improvements. • Revise models and documentation based on technical feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience designing mechanical components for manufacturing. • Strong proficiency in FreeCAD or another parametric CAD platform. • Experience producing production-ready parts, assemblies, and engineering drawings. • Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and Design for Manufacturing principles. • Experience designing for at least two of the following: CNC machining, sheet metal, plastics, or injection molding.
