📋 Description

• Connect existing Git repositories to the platform • Choose repositories for evaluation for potential AI-training licensing • Review repository-level source-code and Git-history token volumes • Review estimated licensing values for repositories • Receive quality feedback when codebases do not meet licensing requirements • Improve repositories based on recommendations and resubmit them • Select qualifying repositories to make available for AI training • Earn compensation when code is used under an approved licensing arrangement

🎯 Requirements

• Software development agencies, IT/product companies, or independent software engineers that own or control licensing rights to original code repositories • Authorization to license repository contents for AI training • Ownership of the repository or legal authority to license its contents • Meaningful original software-development work in the repository • Authority to connect and submit the repository for analysis • No third-party material without permission to sublicense • Repositories must meet platform quality and technical requirements before licensing • Ability to verify repository ownership and relevant licensing rights if requested

• Compensation for standard non-exclusive licensing: $100 per 1 million tokens of source code • Compensation for standard non-exclusive licensing: $40 per 1 million tokens of Git history • Repository-level breakdown of source-code and Git-history token volume • Estimated licensing value for each repository • Quality feedback and recommendations for repositories that do not yet meet licensing requirements
