📋 Description

• Analyse semiconductor device physics and operating principles. • Review microfabrication and process-integration methods. • Assess device scaling, performance, yield, and reliability considerations. • Evaluate materials used in semiconductor and electronic-device fabrication. • Interpret technical datasets, research findings, and engineering documentation. • Create clear explanations of complex microelectronics concepts. • Identify technical gaps, inconsistencies, and unsupported conclusions. • Provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated engineering content. • Collaborate remotely with other technical contributors.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in **Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field**. • Professional or research experience in semiconductor devices or microelectronics. • Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics, device modelling, or reliability. • Experience with fabrication processes, microfabrication, or process integration. • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and accurately. • Experience in semiconductor device design, manufacturing, or process development. • Background in yield optimisation, failure analysis, or reliability testing. • Experience contributing to technical publications, patents, or R&D programmes.
