📋 Description

• Create reproducible **software engineering environments** for AI model evaluation. • Design coding tasks involving bug fixes, new features, refactoring, and performance improvements. • Develop accurate and maintainable **reference solutions** for each assigned task. • Contribute production-quality code to relevant open-source repositories. • Implement and optimize algorithms, libraries, and system components. • Investigate and resolve bugs, technical limitations, and performance bottlenecks. • Build reliable automated tests to validate expected task outcomes. • Review code and provide clear, constructive technical feedback. • Maintain technical documentation for environments, solutions, and implementation decisions. • Collaborate with contributors and project stakeholders on technical requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable open-source contributions available through a public GitHub, GitLab, or equivalent profile. • Strong software engineering experience in at least one of: **C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust**. • Experience debugging, extending, or refactoring existing production-level codebases. • Ability to create reproducible development and testing environments.
