📋 Description

• Lead a team of software engineers to implement high-quality technology solutions • Manage resource allocation through accurate estimation • Guarantee project success through proactive unblocking and rapid communication • Ensure compliance with security and quality standards • Ensure high retention of engineering talent • Create accurate estimates for every ticket • Report ticket estimate overages to the Project Manager • Maintain updated milestones and dates for 100% of team members

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Tech Leader • Proven ability to lead a team of software engineers • Demonstrated experience in technical estimation and resource allocation • Expertise in maintaining engineering quality and security standards • Proven ability to create quality software - Zero major defects and/or bugs released • Familiarity with the WHO method for hiring and talent acquisition • Knowledge of Manager Tools best practices for team retention • Ability to implement delegation according to the 5 Levels of Leadership • Commitment to ongoing role certification and professional development • Advanced to fluent English communication skills are essential for this role.
