âą Drive the annual incentive compensation planning process for the revenue organization âą Produce and refine compensation plan structures, crediting methodologies, measures, quotas, MBO frameworks, and performance mechanics âą Align with Finance, Human Resources, Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Revenue Operations stakeholders âą Identify plan risks, ambiguities, and friction and recommend improvements âą Lead annual compensation plan rollout activities âą Create participant guides, FAQs, leadership talking points, training materials, and compensation communications âą Explain plan mechanics, crediting policies, performance measures, MBO achievement, and compensation outcomes âą Handle sensitive compensation conversations with leaders, managers, and individual contributors âą Resolve compensation inquiries in partnership with the FP&A Sales Compensation team âą Manage compensation governance, documentation, process updates, and plan interpretations âą Use Xactly experience for plan implementation, minor participant updates, and troubleshooting âą Diagnose and escalate compensation system or process issues âą Produce reporting and analysis on program effectiveness, seller performance, target attainment, MBO achievement, and plan clarity
âą Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Operations, or a related discipline âą 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or a related business function âą Experience with complex sales incentive compensation plans, including plan structure and rollout, performance measures, quotas, commission concepts, crediting methodology, accelerators, thresholds, governance, and MBO-based performance mechanics âą Prior experience using Xactly Incent âą Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities âą Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English âą Ability to communicate complex and sensitive compensation topics to senior leaders, frontline managers, and individual contributors âą Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and business reporting tools âą Responsibility for preserving confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information assets âą Responsibility for ensuring employee and customer data privacy and completing required privacy training
