📋 Description
• Lead the design process from concept to completion • Utilize design thinking techniques to solve complex problems • Conduct user-experience research to gather insights and inform design decisions • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment • Mentor and guide junior designers • Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in UX design for complex SaaS software products • Time spent working with US based product teams would be valuable experience for this role • Post-Secondary education in HCI, Design, or related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience • Strong portfolio showcasing work on B2B products • Experience conducting generative & evaluative user-experience research and usability testing • Strong understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies • Excellent Figma skills • Experience working in an Agile software development environment • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and best practices
