📋 Description

• Develop real-time automation solutions from the manufacturing plant floor to the enterprise level • Engineer and implement real-time automation controls and information solutions • Conceptualize solutions during the design phase of the project life cycle • Program, debug, and test systems • Create project engineering notes, proposals, design traceability documentation, case studies, and other documentation • Commission new solutions at client sites and identify improvement opportunities • Create methodologies and solve complex problems • Learn new technologies • Mentor colleagues on areas of expertise and knowledge • Collaborate with clients to solve complex manufacturing and industrial information problems

🎯 Requirements

• Successful or upcoming completion of B.Sc. Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering Technology degree • Academic or working experience with some or all the listed technologies • Experience with PLC/PAC programming, HMI, SCADA, system networking, vision systems, and related automation technologies • Meticulous, conscientious, analytical, focused, self-starter individual who is a quick learner • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Valid Driver’s License • Full-time access to a personal vehicle • Candidate must be located in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, or Maryland • Willingness to travel up to 30-50% in PA, NJ, NY, DE, and MD • Experience in DeviceNet, ControlNet, DH+, Remote IO, and Modbus is preferred but not necessary • Experience with Python, Historian (PI System), and databases is a plus
