📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruiting strategies • Conduct comprehensive recruiter interviews • Build proactive sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience • Use data and insights to improve recruiting effectiveness • Partner with leadership to enhance recruiting processes • Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience • Ability to quickly learn new roles, teams, and business problems • Strong judgment and communication skills • Track record of improving recruiting processes and efficiency • Experience using recruiting metrics to identify trends • Strong relationships with hiring managers • Proactive sourcing and adaptability • Clear and professional communication • Caring about candidate experience
