📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Gravie’s ICHRA platform • Lead and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners focused on distinct domains within the ICHRA ecosystem • Set strategic priorities across the ICHRA platform and coordinate planning across multiple teams • Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Experience to identify needs, align on solutions, and deliver roadmap outcomes • Ensure the product team delivers high-quality specifications, manages backlogs effectively, and operates efficiently in Agile development environments • Monitor platform performance, adoption, and operational outcomes; use insights to inform prioritization and iteration • Communicate roadmap updates, launch milestones, and platform decisions clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Ensure compliance with applicable ICHRA regulations and industry best practices • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity managing other product managers or owners • Proven experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder products or platforms • Experience working in or with regulated industries (ideally healthcare, insurtech, or HR tech) • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and make tough prioritization decisions • Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure success and inform continuous improvement • A balance of strategic thinking and willingness to dive into details when necessary • Bachelor’s degree
