📋 Description

• Act as a product and domain expert, deeply understanding all aspects of Graduway, Advance, Raise, Gratavid, Peerpal (Fundraising and Alumni Suite) platform and how customers use it to drive outcomes. • Partner with Sales & Customer Success throughout the sales cycle, providing product demonstrations, technical discovery, proof-of-concepts, and solution design. • Be a trusted advisor to prospects & Customers, mapping their requirements to our product capabilities and guiding them toward a clear value path. • Solve complex use cases and explain solutions clearly to business and technical stakeholders. • Work closely with technical and security teams at strategic prospects to address SSO, API, CRM integrations, data privacy, and implementation requirements. • Manage and complete RFPs and technical questionnaires with precision and clarity. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to remove deal roadblocks, deliver feedback from the field, and improve go-to-market execution. • Build reusable demo assets, proof-of-concept templates, and technical content to scale Sales Engineering effectiveness. • Stay current on product capabilities, competitive landscape, and industry trends to position our solutions with authority. • Help ensure smooth hand-offs to implementation and customer success teams by communicating technical requirements and solution details.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of SaaS enterprise software sales engineering or equivalent technical customer-facing experience. • 3+ years in a customer-facing role supporting sales cycles or technical deployments. • Experience with SaaS security, data privacy, and integration standards. • Familiarity with APIs and authentication protocols; hands-on experience preferred. • Experience in fundraising & education technology is a bonus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to make the complex concise, understandable, and compelling. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in fast-moving sales cycles.
